Hi everyone! is 29 still in my 20's?

Well, I would like to say hello to all! I responded to a few post yesterday, I found by chance. I am on this web site all the time mostly looking at pictures and reading other peoples pages but never noticed the messege board had several different groups. So my name is Marie but you can call me MiMi, I am 29 yrs. old and 3 months post op. I have lost almost 50# and feel pretty good, just looking for other people to relate to ya know. I haven't figured out on how to work the whole site yet, so if anyone has some clues please feel free to share!

HI Marie! Of course 29 is still 20...I'm 28 turning 29 in April . Congratulations on your 50lb weightloss! I'm pre-op but hopefully soon I will get my surgery done. I just need 2 group meetings to attend so that I can get my stuff submitted for approval. Anyways WELCOME! Elisa

Welcome MiMi! I'm also almost three months out and down over 40 lbs. I've read through your profile and I think you can email photos in to the board and they'll post them. I haven't attempted this yet myself obviously. Though I am sure that there is a difference in your body at 3 months out and -50 lbs! I know my face is emerging from my neck (how exciting!) and I've shrunk 3-4 sizes. But I've yet to post photos either. Let's work on this, you and I! -Kari

HI MARIE!! WELCOME!!! 29 is good, I am 29...for now. Only 9 more months and I will be in my dredfull 30's YUCK!! But I will be a SKINNY 30!! HA-HA! Congrats on the weight loss.... Way to go GIRL!!!! I am 9 weeks out and down 63 lbs. Don't know how, but we all lose at different rates. My luck I'll get down 100 lbs and be stuck there for months, who knows.
