IM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone!!! It has been almost 2 months but I am back and feeling better than ever! I had a hard time with motion sickness after surgery and I took medication for it and I feel better which is good. I also was having trouble with my protein intake but I am better with that also so I just wanted to say "hello" to everyone!!!!! Finda Nessy

Ashley! I am doing great! I lost 40lbs the first month and I go for my next weigh in this week and I am very excited. Everything is going to very well so it is hard not to pick up old ugly eating habits...you know?
