I didn't know!

Hello! I'm 22 and in the last month of my 6 month supervised diet. I've researched this thing to DEATH, let me tell you! I'm so worried my insurance is going to deny me! I mean, there's nothing else wrong with me except my high bmi and my asthma, so what chance to I got? I have Highmark Direct Blue as my insurance. Has anyone here been approved through that?
