Chocolate protein shakes..

Has anyone had any problems with CHOCOLATE protein shakes? Doesn't matter what kind I buy, it seems like none want to disolve.... Its starting to drive me batty. I love chocolate, but I can't drink my protein shake because it won't even disolve... its CHUNKY -eeewww- I've tried it in cold water, cold milk, and ho****er.. nothing disolves it.... any ideas?

I had the same problem when I tried to mix or stir them by hand. No matter what I did, it was always lumpy and gross. I started to throw the milk and protein powder into a blender and just blend it for a few seconds and that seemed to do the trick. I personally use a "Magic Bullet" since it's so small and compact, but a regular blender would work too. Good luck!!!

Hi Leigh Ann I am doing well, I am down about 24 pounds in my 4 weeks since surgery. It's coming off slow at this point.. dumped a lot in the first week and it's been slow going since then. But, I can't remember the last time I lost 24 pounds in a month.. so I am a happy girl. I am in the 2nd week of the pureed stage and doing fine. I am ready to move on to new things though. Although, since Saturday I am finding I have little to no appetite, which is odd considering the first 3 weeks or so I was hungry.. The body works in mysterious ways I suppose. I am not far from West Chester at all... (I don't think) I actually just moved to Philly so I think I am just about 40 mins or so from you. Hope you are doing great as well!!

If you let them sit for about five minutes after mixing it will dissolve. HTH
