Hi, everyone. This is my first time posting. I am just curious as to what type of scale you use? How do you know how accurate it is when you weigh yourself? Thanks...

A friend of mine treated me to a new scale after surgery. I got to go and pick it out. I bought a digital one that had 400lb. weight limit that way I knew it would be accurate. It also shows your BMI. I like it because it will show what you weighed the previous time also. It is one from Homedics that I got at Bed Bath and Beyond! Be careful though I am of those obsessive weighers...every morning I weigh myself! So be careful!

I bought a Lithium scale...you tap it once with your foot and it quickly calobrates itself to be accurate...I was right on everytime I got weighed at the doc....totally worth the $50! good luck!

I don't own a scale. I weigh in at the gym. I think It's a good thing for 2 reasons. Number 1...I can't become obsessive about weighing in and Number 2....It makes me go to the gym more often Hugs, Sara
