Best tasting liquid diet???

Ok please help me out here got a Nov 2 surgery on the way and would like some advice on what the best to drink up while on liquid diet? Thanks for your opinion and support.

I wasn't put on a liquid diet prior to WLS, but you might want to try Nectar Protein Powder. I LOVE IT. You can purchase it at www.vitaminshoppe.com or at a Vitamin Shoppe location. I buy the Lemonade or the Iced Tea, and you talk about GOOD. Mix it with some CL or water with ice. I buy it from Vitamin Shoppe becasue if you are NOT satisfied, they will give you a FULL refund. Not many stores will give you a refund on products that are open.

I mixed carnation instant breakfast in milk and added dry powdered milk to it. It was pretty good and gave me lots of protein. After surgery was a different story. I cannot drink them anymore Oh, well. I am getting enough protein now without those horrible shakes.
