IF YOU USUALLY EAT 60g OF PROTEIN.....TRY 70g OF PROTEIN
IF YOU USUALLY EXERCISE FOR 45MIN.....TRY 1HR OF EXERCISE
BUT WHATEVER YOU DECIDE TO DO REMEMBER TO
