WHAT ABOUT YOU IF YOU HAVE FELL OF THE TRAIN...HEY...WERE STOPPING IN YOUR TOWN...SO GET BACK ON OK TODAY WE ARE GOING TO STEP IT UP 1 NOTCH IF YOU USUALLY DRINK 80OZ OF WATER....TRY 90OZ TODAY IF YOU USUALLY EAT 60g OF PROTEIN.....TRY 70g OF PROTEIN IF YOU USUALLY EXERCISE FOR 45MIN.....TRY 1HR OF EXERCISE BUT WHATEVER YOU DECIDE TO DO REMEMBER TO THAT BODY IN SOME WAY
