Please Help...I'm Stuck And I WANT To Get Out!
Okay So I Know Here Recently I Have Not Gained Or Lost Any Weight Within The Last 3 Weeks. Although I Am Not Eating A Lot And I Try.......Could It Be That I Am To Tight? Or Could It Be Something Else. I Haven't Had A Fill In 2 Months And Well I Thought When I Got It Done Under Fluro That This Would Be It. I Don't Want To Get An Unfill Because I Know That My Restriction Is Okay. I Honestly Don't Get Sick Or Anything Like That. Although I Do PB When I Eat Certain Food Such As Fried Foods (Which I Don't Eat Much) Chicken, And Bread. Don't Know Why I Just Do. Anyways Do You Guys Have Any Information That Can Try And Help Me. Also I Am Being Completely Honest In This Post....I Do Not Get My Right Amount Of Protein Nor Do I Drink All My Water. It Verys From Day To Day. So Do You Think I Just Need To Get Back To The Basics
? I Don't Know So Any Info Anyone Wants To Give Please Let Me Know. Also Snack Ideas Would Be Great. I Have Been Working 7 12's....I Never Have A Day Off And Never Have Anytime For Myself......Well Since The Last 2 Weeks For Sure. I Just Want To Be A Good Patient And I Feel As If I'm Failing Myself. Don't panic this is sooooo normal.. If you haven't had a fill in two months you might want to go back and just get a pinch added for some more restriction. I also thought I was restricted enough but I learned after 1pm I can eat whatever I want and that wasn't a good thing.. I don't do protein at all or drink half as much water as I'm supposed to either. The only time I really lose weight is when I'm very tight.. Not to the point where I can't eat but I get full very fast off only a few spoonfuls of food. How much can you eat in one sitting?? Do you drink with your food. That could also be another reason. (I'm guilty of this) The only snakes I could suggest is low fat granola bars.. I love them to death or a cup of sugar free jello or pudding. Hope this helps!
If you know you aren't getting your protien and your water, you know you gotta do that. Alternately, how much are you eating? Calorie wise? What types of foods are you eating? How much solid food do you actually eat in a day?
Evaluate the solid food you are eating. If you are having lots of soups or mushies, it may be that you do need that unfill. It doesn't have to be much, my unfill was .3cc's and you could get one that's even less (.1). If you think you might be too tight, don't stay that way for too long. You can see that it's not helping you lose, and it's just a horrible way to live, you know?
Get back to basics, and evaluate your solid food intake and see if you really think you might need an unfill, and if you decide you should get one, don't sit on it too long, get it done!
