Severe Stomach Pains

I had my staples removed yesterday and although sneezing had been hurting before that, now its even worse. It hurts so bad that I just cry. I don't know whats going on. I was just wondering if any of you had dealt with the same thing. My husband thinks part of the reason is because I'm getting dehydrated (can't seem to drink as much as I'm supposed to), but I am not really sure. Please guys... any suggestions are welcome. (oh and for the record.. I'm new )

Hi Missy Sorry to hear that you are in pain. Have you conacted your doc's office and made them aware of your pain?

No I haven't. I figured I'd see if its a normal thing or not. But I think tomorrow if I'm still hurting I'll call. (well not tomorrow.. Monday )

It could just be your muscles (that have been reattached to you abdominal wall) pulling. My doc says that is normal but if it is really bothering you enough to cry defidenly call you dr right now don't wait untill monday, the answering service can call the doc and tell him whats going on and then he will probably call you and get your side of the info. And if all else fails go to the ER. I don't want to scare you but If something is wrong I would hate for you to wait untill monday and then it just get worse. So atleast call the doc. Jennifer
