Finally A Date!
I got my date today October 13th, my husbands birthday. I'm so excited. Let me explain how this happened. As most of you know I was having my surgery in New Orleans which is not possible now. I have been in contact with the CEO of the hospital where I was to have it done. They don't have any information on possibly relocating to Baton Rouge, so I decided to contact another surgeon. The first one I spoke with said I would have to start over, well I'm not willing to do that so I tried another one. They said I would not have to start over because I already had insurance approval. They said the only thing I would have to do again is see a cardiologist which is fine with me. I can handle that, so I have my consult with the surgeon on the 22nd of this month and my surgery will be on the 13th of next month. Can't wait.
