HI ALL, just checkin in and sayin HIIIIII !!!!!. Nuttin new yet but im just soooo happy right now. As you all know that OH.com is just the most awesome website there is out there. heheheh. Well i met sooo much wonderfull people on this site, people around the world and people here in the islands of Hawaii.
Im just sooo thankfull to have my "angel" Alita shes just sooo wanderfull and super nice and helpfull, shes the best. Well here and there ive been meeting awesome people, everyday i go on i meet new people. Ive been talking and seein this special person on OH for awhile now and it just sooo happens shes from Maui. She had the surgery at the same hospital im having it at. Well she did the most thoughtfull thing today which made me just sooo happy and in a good mood tonight. She asked me if i had an "angel" and bein a member of ObesityHelp.com u also can have an angel. To be there for you. She is another amazing person i have met through this once in a life time journey. Wow its sooo amazing it already feels like my life have changed a lil. Ive lost about 30 lbs, Ive met some of the most amazing people and i havent even had surgery yet. Can yall tell im in a good mood ??? hahahaha must be obvious. But back to my new "angel" Her name is Mitzi shes just awesome, she asked me if i had an angel and i said no so she offered to be mines. I was just sooo touched and happy about it i just had to come here and write about it. THANK YOU MITZI YOUR THE BEST !!!! Shes 8 months out today and she hit her goal weight. U GO GIRL !!!!! If yall dont know what an angel is, its someone u can talk to and share ur experience with and for those days that u just need help or someone to talk to. they also have 2 duties 1) Post updates to the person's surgery status page. 2) If the person approves, print their card from the web site and fax it to them while they are in the hospital. The best way to do this is often to fax it to their surgeon's office for the surgeon to deliver to them. Part of the reason for assigning angels is so that surgeon's offices don't receive multiple copies of the same messages to relay.
