Hello- I am 28, still in school and working full time. I am scheduled for the lap RNY on 9-14. This is my first day on the boards and I am looking for others who are having surgery around the same time. Also, has anyone tried VISTA VITAMINS? do they work better then childrens chewable?

Welcome and Good Luck with the surgery! I have not tried VISTA VITAMINS. I did well with Bugs Bunny sugar-free chewables. I am three months post op and still have trouble swallowing pills so now I take OPTISOURCE and I order it from Walgreens, I think GOOD LUCK! Amber

I love vista vitamins!!! The capsules thought, I thought the chewables sucked. But this is why I like them -- my typical vitamin schedule was 2 calciums a day, 1 iron, 1 b12, & 2 multis. Now me being me - I'd forget, because keep in mind some of these cannot be taken within a certain time limit of 1 another. So with my vistas its 1 pack of 4pills twice a day. I don't have to worry about any other vitamins just those. Much easier for me. And my labs have always been great! But you just have to find what works for you!
