Post op diet

Hey everybody, Just wondering if there's a website that gives reviews or that sells foods for post ops. I keep hearing about powders and different drinks etc and I'm wondering where I buy these things from. My surgery is in 3 wks. Yikes! Thanks, Renee

1 place that is pretty good is bariatriceating.com It is Susan Maria's website. She had surgery and is a member here. She often sends free samples out with your order too. Also I have some samples that I would be willing to give you. I am over a yr out and rarely do protein drinks anymore. So if you want them just email me and we can work something out. Julie
