Wanted to share...
Well I know people get bummed about "plateaus" and weeks where they arent losing, so I have a solution! Graph your weight loss.
I put in an excel worksheet every Monday what I weigh. Then I made a nice little graph of it (yes... the engineer in me coming out). I could obviously tell when my plateaus are/were coming so now I dont get so bent out of shape about it. I know that at the beginning of every month there is a week or longer where I dont lose. I can also tell that I am losing "steady" when I am losing by the slope of the graph. This helps me not be so paranoid about losing slow... at least it is steady!
