From starting the process to surgery was about 3 months for me. The LONGEST three months ever but with all the appointment I had to go to and schedule it seems like every week I had something marked off my list of things to do and got one step closer. This is the hardest part.... waiting. Once you have surgery it will go by soooo fast. I am 3-1/2 mo. post op and down 66lbs. OMG! Time flies by. I felt like I was in the hospital just last month.

At least I'm not alone in feeling this way. =) My surgery is at the end of September; every minute that goes by feels like an hour. I'm not kidding. Maybe I should try to focus on something else instead? Hmmm... Oh well. Amanda

The last month was the hardest. Then the last week. Then the night before. Everyone goes through this. Believe it or not.. you will even question having the surgery a few days prior. Because I was losing weight on my pre-op liquid diet.. I thought.. "Hey... I dont need surgery, I could do this myself". LOL Yea right. The weird games our minds play on us
