Should I harass insurance company?

Hi I just replied to a post I read but it brought a question to mind, I sent my appeal letter last week and the insurance company received it on the 4th according to my certified mail receipt. My question is should I call them and ask questions? If so what questions do you ask? Should I take the chance because I really dont want to push my luck? please help. Thanks Tara

Yes harass away. That's what I'm doing. I just ask them if there is any news on my claim and is there any way to speed it up.

Harrass the hell outta em, i harrassed everyone, lol you gotta. Just to follow up, I received in the mail on Monday all of my photos back. The insurance company sent me a note stating they do not need photos of me for my appeal. It didnt give an explanation just stated my appeal was being looked at. Just wanted you all to know. Thanks again Tara
