breast size - for the ladies
Well in the beginning I was a 44DD. 3 months later I am a 40DD. Some people think the breasts are the last thing to go... but I also think it depends on genetics. My whole family (who is thin) have large breasts. My mom is a DD, sisters are a D, so I think I am naturally supposed to have big ones. (Or at least this is my excuse as to why I hope I wont lose anything dramatic). Let me tell you though... they arent as perky. More deflated looking. I am definitely going to get a lift/implants afterward.
Hey Kari! I have to agree with Melissa, if we're meant to have large ones we will. I was 27 when I had the surgery with between a 56 DD-DDD. Six months post-op I was in a C! I couldn't be happier about it! I had some body piercings done and was told to use a special soap to clean them with. I really liked the soap and started using it in other places. I found that in the places that didn't have too much sagging skin it has firmed it up just a bit. Who knows, maybe it's in my head and I'm really ! Have a great day! Cona
In February before surgery I was in a 46-48DD. Now I'm in a 34D. Mine sag a little, but nothing major. I attribute most of that to that fact that Ive had 2 kids and breast fed both. In general they look pretty good still. I dont have to get the heavy duty bolder holders to keep the girls at attention anymore so I guess I'm doing okay. I can war the cute demicups now without worrying about anything poppin out.
Just remember we are all different. It depends on how big you were, how long youve stayed big(thats the main thing), and how much elasticisity your skin has in it. Really in the end we can only wait and see. Thats what cosmetic surgery is for anyway. Start a savings account just in case you might need it. You have to wait at least a year after surgery or longer depending on when you get to goal and maintain so that gives some time to get a good amount together. If you dont need it than you have a nest egg for other stuff (cute clothes, makeup, etc). I've been saving since I decided to have surgery.
Like I said Ive had kids and I gained 100+ pounds with the first so the elasticity in my skin is gone, so I will be having a tummy tuck when Ive gotten to and maintained at goal awhile. I know I'll have to pay for mine since its purely cosmetic. My skin doesnt really sag and I dont have folds, but its loose and I just dont like the way it looks.
Just be sure to get in your water everday youd be surprised how much it helps all your skin, and do exersizes to get it as toned as you can ( I could do 1000 situps a day and still my tummy wont ever be flat without surgery).
And most important: Whats some saggy boobs and jiggly skin when you are at a good weight and healthy? Your health is the most important thing. Once you get that taken care of the rest can be taken care of.
Good luck sweety, just hope for the best!

I am 23 for two more days, but anyway I had surgery on june 9 and I am already seeing more room in my bra's and in my shirts.. But let me tell you my mom had wls 2 1/2 years ago and went from a 42dd to a B. But I guess that my body is going to adjust to my weight loss and if my body says you should be in a B cup then so be it.
When I was a teenager I lost about 50 lbs. I went from a DD cup to a B cup. I was so upset! I wanted to be at least a C!
Right now I am a 40 small D/full C. I started out as a very full D, I needed to get a new bra in a DD. But knew I was having surgery soon, so I didn't.
I have a bunch of Victoria's secret bras that are 38D that I bought a few years ago when I lost a little bit of weight for about 5 seconds. I tried them all on today and the band is still tight. I can't wait to wear these bras again, I just hope my cup size doesn't go down by the time I can. Maybe 10 more pounds. But I know I will be a B cup at the most when I get to goal, because I was a B when I weighed about 128.
