Helpful Advice- This is what I ate today
Hey All
I wanted some advise on what I ate today:
Breakfast: a south beach diet peanu butter bar (10 grams of protien)
Snack: individual size cereal (frosted flakes) and about 2/3c milk 2%
Lunch: Fisherman Shrimp and alfredo bowl (ate all the shrimpo)
Snack: green apple and 1tsp peanut butter
a whole jug of 64oz water!!
and just a minute ago (ui think cuz im on aunt flow's watch)
I ate a hand full of baked sour ceam onion chips and another protien bar (sbd)
Uhmmm
do you think I did good or no?

That doesn't look so bad to me. But then, I've found out things for a me were a little worse than I thought when I started hardcore counting my calories again. I count for a while, then think I've got it "down" and stop, but keep an eye out, but my 'math in my head' and my rounding gets way off or something and I'm doing worse than I thought I was doing.
Even still, the worst thing on there was the chips, and if you had a handful instead of a bag, you are doing great!
