Mike I Knew That You Would Do Awesome. I'm Having A Little Bit Of Problems With My Band Right Now And The Fact That I Am Not Working Out Does Not Help Either. But I Go Wednesday To The Hospital To Make Sure Everything Is Okay. I Think I Know The Problem And That Is I Need To Quit Drinking....Alcohol...Yeah I Have A Big Problem With That On The Weekend. It's So Wierd Though Because It Only Takes Me A Shot Of Jager And A Small Screwdriver To Get Messed Up If You Know What I Mean. yeah i just had my first drink as a post op on saturday my first and favorite drink, rum and coke. i had about 4oz of rum mixed in about 8-10oz of coke, and i got about half way through that and i was feelin' good, so i figured that i would kill the drink and be okay, but then the drunk started to wear or REAL quick, so i had more and more lmao! i was so bad :X but i could see how drinking too much could cause weight gain or slow the loss down :/ but rum and coke is only like 60 some cals all from the alc :/ i was smart about it... i did my research online because ya know bottles dont have nutrition info on em :P _mike
