What did you eat today?
I am feeling very guilty because I have eaten so much today (mainly not good choices, too many carbs)! I hate feeling like that. What did you eat?
B-CIB Carb Conscious w/FF Carb Countdown Milk
S-9 Quaker Rice Cakes and a sf suisse mocha international (mmmm so good w/ a little cool whip)
L-4 oz of grilled chicken
S-Polly-O-Twistum
D-Crunchy Taco from Taco Bell
S-2 Peanut Butter Crackers
What am I thinking? I have got to get a handle on my food situation? I will do better tommorow!
All vitamins but only about 20oz of water
Fitday Totals: 661 cal, 25g fat, 53 carbs, 59g protein (Well maybe my totals aren't too bad but too much fat and carbs I think)

I am 7weeks out I have lost 50lbs and feeling great!
Today I ate---
5oz- sugar free gatorade--delicious!
60oz- water of course
2-scrambled eggs with fat free milk
3or4 fat free tortia chips with a bite of salsa--maybe shouldnt have eaten..but went down good..
8oz protien drink..
I cant wait to lose more weight!
