What did you eat today?

I am feeling very guilty because I have eaten so much today (mainly not good choices, too many carbs)! I hate feeling like that. What did you eat? B-CIB Carb Conscious w/FF Carb Countdown Milk S-9 Quaker Rice Cakes and a sf suisse mocha international (mmmm so good w/ a little cool whip) L-4 oz of grilled chicken S-Polly-O-Twistum D-Crunchy Taco from Taco Bell S-2 Peanut Butter Crackers What am I thinking? I have got to get a handle on my food situation? I will do better tommorow! All vitamins but only about 20oz of water Fitday Totals: 661 cal, 25g fat, 53 carbs, 59g protein (Well maybe my totals aren't too bad but too much fat and carbs I think) --Marianne 5'0 256/138/120

Hey there! Quick Question Marianne.... What is a CIB? I am confused! My pre-op meals today included: B- Yogurt, fruit and granola L- Fat free chicken Soup S- Yogurt D- Mexican- Rice, couple bites of refried beans and some chicken S- 3 bites of a McDonalds Hot Fudge Sunday ~Bridget 5'8 280/277/140

Lordy! I ate more than you and you are pre-op! I just responded to your other post about CIB but just so you know CIB is Carnation Instant Breakfast, I buy the carb conscious and add FF Carb Countdown Milk for 16 grams of protein. I hate protein shakes --Marianne 5'0 256/138/120

Marianne..I have to say you are a very pretty woman. I was looking at your pics and wow what a transfomation. you look like your a teenie bopper..lol.. I am 7weeks out I have lost 50lbs and feeling great! Today I ate--- 5oz- sugar free gatorade--delicious! 60oz- water of course 2-scrambled eggs with fat free milk 3or4 fat free tortia chips with a bite of salsa--maybe shouldnt have eaten..but went down good.. 8oz protien drink.. I cant wait to lose more weight! Brittany

Brittany, I wanted to tell you that you are doing great with getting your water in! At only 7 weeks out, I know (not from experience though!) that getting that much liquid in can be hard. You are setting yourself up for success. How does that minus 50-lbs. feel? Great I bet. =) Amanda
