Firstly, you are doing awesome Aisha! keep it up! Biggest advice is to continue to keep up with your vitamins and minerals, keep track of your intake (making sure you eat enough, hydrate enough), if you intake is still low, maybe try to up your intake. You'll be surprise by how much you lose when you also increase your food intake. Definitely stay active as much as you can too. Remember, stalls do happen. They can last up to many months. There are more ways to weigh yourself besides just the number on the scale too. I once had a stall for 5 months and the scale did not move. I thought i was being mind ****** by it too. Then i took out my trusty tape measure and measure every inch of my body. Even though the scale didnt' move, i was still losing inches!
