Skin after surgery!
mine was awful. i had an extended TT in the beginning of June and he removed 7.5 pounds of skin from my stomach. in a perfect world i would get a thigh lift, breast lift, and arm lift as well but i don't see any of it happening any time soon. oh and exercising may help the appearance a little bit, but there is no way to get rid of excess skin other than to have it surgically removed.
It depends on your, your genetics and etc. I lost 165 lbs so I definitely had quite of bit of skin. I lost all of breast, had back skin, boob skin, arm skin, armpit skin, stomach, thighs and even my hooha. lol. I had a full upper body lift including breast augmentation and arm lift last November. I plan to get my lower half done but that will be a while from now. Probably after I have kids. My biggest advice, start saving as soon as you can. =)
I have pretty consistently exercised daily since about two months post op, I currently doing P90X and Brazil Butt lift. I have lost 93.5lbs to date, hoping to loose 7-17 more pounds. My stomach looks pretty good when standing albeit wrinkly. If I bend over (i.e. do a plank hold) my skin hangs forward. My legs are pretty good, but they're a little flabby. My breasts are completely deflated, went from a D to an A cup.
