Hi Everyone,

I am now 3 months out…and a few days as of Feb. 1, 2013. All in all I feel great. I could do a better job at getting my protein in but I am keeping watch over my intake. So far, no hair loss, food intolerances, or dumping. I feel great!

Here is a current photo and some stats:

Looking good, and your just going to keep shrinking!! I kinda want to say keep up the good work. . .but I hated when people always used to tell me in the beginning to keep up the good work . . .I feel like there was really no work involved. . .besided just knowing that now after surgery we have to be more conscious of what we eat and make sure we get out vitamins in. The work really starts after that honeymoon phase when you have to work hard on not going back to old habits and work hard on getting physically fit . . .but if you made the choice to have surgery I'm sure you will be strong enough to be able to maintain. .having the RNY 3 years ago was the BEST decision that I have ever made in my life, EVER and I would never go back!! Congrats on your weight losskiss
