Not in my 20s yet...any advice?

Hi guys!!
So, my surgery date is literally right around the corner and having it happen right when the holidays...SUCKS. But any advice from you current surgery goers, or have-rs that you feel is important to tell someone who is relativley your age who is about to go in to surgery?
My greatest fear right now is actually dying when I am put under, but I think thats my anxiety...
ANYTHING WOULD HELP GUYS!

I am 24 and I had surgery in August. I think everyone goes through thinking they are going to die when they go under the knife. I know I did. I swear I was having a full blown panic attack. But having a great doctor helps. They would not even consider putting you under for surgery if they thought something was going to happen. I'm sure that everything is going to be ok!!
