3 weeks post op, let me introduce myself

 Hi all, I'm fairly new here. My name is Jamison, I'm from alabama, and I'm 23. I had RNY 3/26/12 and I am already feeling great. I love seeing the success stories and tips from people around my age on here! I'd especially like to hear from some other wls guys around my age, I dont know a single one. 

 Welcome and congratulations!  I am not male but I am in my 20's!  LOL  I am 15 weeks out and feel great.  I am down 66 lbs since surgery and 80 overall! Good luck with finding male support.  I am not sure but there may be a male support page on here.  Word of advice about the boards overall...not this board, they are very informative; however be mindful that some people are more over zealous than others. Follow your plan...this new life isn't about beating ourselves up, but learning from our mistakes...that being said...welcome and congrats again!

Welcome and Crongrats! Im not a guy either but just wanted to say hi! Im courtney, had surgery at 21 and am now almost 4 years post op ( and i seriously cant believe its been 4 years... thats INSANE) Ive lost 141 lbs and am such a better and happier person because of it :) Good luck with everything and if you have any questions feel free to ask away!

 Welcome, I am over 6 years out. i am abou 8t years older, but i was 25 when i had the surgery so i know what you are going through. I was 462,, went down to 184, way to skinny, now i am at a more muscular 220 and loving it. feel free to ask me anything, because at this point, i have been through it all. the good and the bad. good luck.

Its mainly 20-30 yr olds who had WLS, there are some guys, but mostly girls. Its alot of support, and its a private group. Theres one guy in there that was 550 and now he is super muscular and awesome!
