Pound Problems
I have come to the point in my journey that protien is a problem and my hair is starting to fall out. Doing a little research I have been taking two vitamins that have slowed down this process. Which is good, because I freaked out a little bit when it started to come out.
I decided to use Unjury powder because of the amount of protien I need. Most of the time I just mix it with my coffee in the morning and I am good to go.
I have seen a reccent decline in my weight loss and I am little scared. I am only at 65 pound loss since October. Part of this might be due to the extra responsibilities I have taken on in pursuing my second Masters. Part of this could be because I have reccently switched positions in my job and my body is still undergoing the scheduling differences (litterally from night to day).
I guess what I am saying is, I have increased protien...but I have not seen the weight come off. Any suggestions???

I would talk to your team. I upped my protein and was actually told by my dietitian that I was getting too much and to lower it.... you know the too much of a good thing saying?!
I think it also depends on the calories. It sounds like you are pretty active so maybe you aren't getting in enough calories? Seeing as I don't really know how many calories you get in a day, I'm just speculating and throwing ideas out there, but it could be helpful to track on a program like myfitnesspal.com. I personally love it and use it daily, it also has an app for my phone which is really convenient.
Finally, could it just be a stall... 65 pounds is an excellent weight loss, maybe your body is just trying to regroup saying, "hey, what are you doing to me? I need that fat!" and trying to hold on to what's left. It's a pain but you do get through it.
I hope these ideas help, without knowing too much about your journey it's hard to make more specific suggestions, but you can always contact your centre and dietitian if you need more help! Best of luck!

I really appreciate your input! I will give it a whirl, especially the phone app. I just bought a new phone, so this will be a fun way to test it out. I need to be more aware of what i put in my body too. 65 pounds is a good amount and sometimes I just ant to be a perfectionist and wake up with this idea in my head...even though so far, its been working....thanks!
