Horrible Weekend.

I had a horrible eating weekend. I felt myself slipping into bad habits yesterday and today I feel depressed and bloated like I let myself down. Ugh this is so frustrating, why can't I just stick to the healthy eating without the cheating!!

 i'm sorry that you are feeling this way. But have no fear, you can get back on track! Give yourself a little credit on coming this far.

Make yourself a nice grocery list...try to eliminate all things bad in the house. Stock up on protein...(usually when you see it you eat it, so keep healthy items around).

Just shake it off. Remember this is all mind over matter. Remember why you did this...to be healthy and happy.

I have gone through the same struggle, several times even this week. But this isn't about punishing yourself. It's making the mental commitment to give yourself the right tools to overcome the obstacle that has been in your life. Setbacks always proceed comebacks.
