Hey everyone, I just wanted to know when is the safest time to start working out? I'm just about 2 weeks post op and Want to start going but am afraid I might hurt myself. Any advice?
i believe i was allowed to walk as much as i wanted until 4 weeks, then i could do anything i wanted that didn't involve concentrated ab exercises (like sit ups and stuff****il 4 months.
6 weeks was my GO! point...I started on the eliptical and tread then moved to weight training about 2 weeks later...gotta keep up the weight training because you WILL lose muscle mass no matter how much protein you eat. I still feel like a weakiling 2 years out.
