2011 has been an intense year. SO GLAD IT IS ALMOST OVER!!!!

THIS TIME LAST YEAR....

I have been blessed with the opportunity to start my new life. 2011 has been the hardest year of my life, so here is to a joyful 2012 (and college graduationnnnnnnnn)!

Surgery on Feb 7th, 2011 Goal Weight: 150 HW: ~ 345ish SW: 301 lbs. Current: 151.2 bs

Wow! You look great! Congrats on your successes thus far!

Can I ask, what type of exercise program you do? Just curious because I had a similar starting weight and goal weight and am looking for new ideas...
