weight gain?
so i have joined the gym and thought that as soon as i did that the weight would just fall off, now it's not i've gone 2 nites so far for an hour each and last night for half an hour, and i've gained 2 pounds, wat the heck? i should be seeing the opposite effect right? help cus i need to know i'm gonna start losing cus i don't want to fall back into my pattern of just stopping cus i see no results!!!
The body fluctuates on a daily basis so don't let it discourage you. I can weigh 2 pounds more one day then go back down the next and it always makes me a little nervous. I just have to remind myself that there are so many factors that contribute to this and since I'm ultimately still loosing I shouldn't focus on these little moments. Your body can be affected by salt intake, water weight, not going #2, a particularly heavy meal etc. So stick with it and don't worry!
