weight gain?

so i have joined the gym and thought that as soon as i did that the weight would just fall off, now it's not i've gone 2 nites so far for an hour each and last night for half an hour, and i've gained 2 pounds, wat the heck? i should be seeing the opposite effect right? help cus i need to know i'm gonna start losing cus i don't want to fall back into my pattern of just stopping cus i see no results!!!

so you went for two nights and you didnt lose any weight.. dod you expect it to start falling off after the first day? lol

We didnt get overweight in two days. Keep going for two months and check back.. no worries

i expected at least a pound but i gained thats the prob, thats wat the bypass is sposed to help me with.

 The body fluctuates on a daily basis so don't let it discourage you. I can weigh 2 pounds more one day then go back down the next and it always makes me a little nervous. I just have to remind myself that there are so many factors that contribute to this and since I'm ultimately still loosing I shouldn't focus on these little moments. Your body can be affected by salt intake, water weight, not going #2, a particularly heavy meal etc. So stick with it and don't worry!

 it's a little soon for it, but you may go up a little because you are building muscle when you're working out, which will help you burn more. even when you aren't losing, pay attention to how clothes are fitting and your measurements.
