Oh hey girl congrats. How was going under? I am so scared. I am really glad that you came out fine and am so excited for your transformation. How are you doing today? How does it feel to drink? Do you still feel like yourself?
going under was the one thing i dont remember. I was taken to the or, thry layed my bed down and then i woke up in recovery. I have no memory of the tube coming out or the catheter coming in. I woke up in pain but was so tired i went back to sleep. When i really woke up and felt the air pains i wanted to get put of bed... like now!! i told the nurse i NEEDED TO WALK . she hesitated but then i asked someone else and she let me up. Walking didnt hurt at all, i just wanted that gas out. and it is harder than we think to pass the gas. i wasnt able to pass gas the smelly way untill today my 2 nd day out. Im home now sipping feels the same as before.Your belly feels like ur prego. At least mine does. But its not something we cant handle, Now i will tell you ,,, YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE LIVER DETOX DIET.. ITS IMPORTANT THE SMALLER THE LIVER, THE LESS PAIN U HAVE TO ENDURE. I drank a cup of warm water and pure lemon juice every morning for a month before surgery and ate only organic . hope this helps .

Glad to hear you are doing well! Like another poster said, make sure you do cough when you need to. They even had me doing breathing exercises and coughing exercises in hospital and for shortly afterward at home to prevent getting serioudly sick, as well as to help your breathing (I believe this was because of the tube they use in surgery if I remember correctly?!?).
Anyways, rest, take it easy and try to get up and moving because it helps with the gas pain in your shoulder!
