Stuck Scale not moving...Help
Right now iv been at the same weight for about 3 weeks, its very frusterating, the scale has not moved but only up a pound here or there then back down again but i cant seem to get passed 197lbs!!! I have noticed iv been hungry in the afternoon and been snacking on nuts and sometimes protein bars. Are protein bars bad should i be grabing something else??? Does anyone have an suggestions that could help me out and get me out of this funk??? Thanks :)
I'm so interested in help too because I've been stuck for almost 1 1/2 months at 240.... I will cry the day the scale says 230-something!!

hey im gonna start recoreding everything i eat and what i drink starting tomorrow.....mayb if kinda got off track a little and need to just get back on by actually seeing what i put in my mouth, just very frusterating adn i talked with some people this wknd and they said that im probling losing inches and the scale wont tell then one day ill get on and lose 3 pounds, so im hoping thats the case. So just gotta stop weighting myself everyday too and see if that will ease my mind a bit and do it just once a week, thinkin that will help alot not always lookin at the number side of it besides once a week. Hopefully that might help u out a little bit but keep in touch if u find out something else works too!!
