APPROVED!!!!

Well I just got the call from my Bariatric Nurse and I am APPROVED!!!! Surgery date is scheduled for November 7, 2011! Thank you to all of you that answered all my pre-op questions for me and supported me! You guys are great! Clear a spot off on the loser's bench for me now! :)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! 

I can't wait to share your journey and help you along!!! 

Looks like we both have dad's who have been through this though!!!!

 Thanks Kaila :) Yup my dad has done wonderfully with his. I'm really glad I have him as a support. I have a great support system between my family and my OH family :)  Wish you lived closer so we could go clothes shoppin' when we hit our goals haha :)  Hey! Those smilies are doing "cheers" with protein shakes right? :P

I'm hoping to be approved here soon as well... last psych appointment is Monday and my last dietary appointment is Tuesday!!

What insurance do you have, and how long did it take to be approved?

They submitted me to insurance on a Friday and Monday they called me with an approval :) I have Medicare and Medicaid, I'm dually eligible but Medicare is the one paying for the surgery.
