Pre Op Tattoos Post Op

I am curious as how Tattoos hold up after surgery with all the skin and such. I have 2 tattoos on my back and I kind of want an idea of what to expect after.

I have four tattoos that were all done pre-op. I have had no problems with any of them. One is on my upper back, and it didn't change or move at all, same with the one I have on my foot. I have a lower sleeve on my left arm, and the only change is that it lays differently. Some parts that were previously visible from the front, are now located on the sides since my arms got so much skinnier. I also have a tattoo on my chest, above my boob. It moved? Kinda? Just because I thinned out so much. The colors and shapes of all of them are still identical, so besides maybe moving slightly you shouldn't have any problems!

I have one on my lower back that I am kind of curious about. Does anyone know what that will do?
