It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

Hey Girl, congrats on the beginning of the journey! Just remember to take it slow. All the nerve ending in your tummy haven't had the chance to heal/become active again, so, you won't really be able to tell when you're full for awhile at first.

Its so great to NOT feel hungry, isn't it? I love that feeling of taking two or three bites and being done.
Keep us posted!!!

DON'T BE SORRY FOR RAMBLING!!! It's awesome to be excited about your new life!!! And of course we all want to hear about your journey so we can learn too!

Thank god for no dumping...just pretend like you have it already and avoid sugars (that's what my surgeon says haha)...

I hear you about the scale obsession... I think I will try to limit to once a week... if I'm truly able! HAHA

GOOD LUCK GIRL!
