how can i lose the weight and not look sick?

I was just approved for my surgery on Thursday, but I'm waiting to get my surgery date...what I wanna know is how to lose weight without looking sick.(like Star Jones), I'm not being funny, but I don't want my head to b bigger thn my body....I'm excited about my journey but thts my only concerned, I wanna lose the weight and still look healthy

 you're body is gonna lose how it wants to lose. there isn't really a way to control it. just make sure you're eating how you're supposed to and taking your vits and meds so you actually don't get sick. i don't think i've ever looked sickly and have never been told that i do

I don't think I've ever really looked sickly either. I mean, I'm a lot more boney now...but I don't think I look sick.

The only time I've been told I look sick, other than when I was sick with a horribly bad gallbladder of course, was when I had clothes on that were entirely too large. Namely, my bra and my tank top were too large so I was shrinking out of them...looked pretty bad lol.

Take your vitamins and eat properly,  get all your fluids and don't ignore people if they tell you to buy smaller clothes ^_^ (totally joking but trying to lighten things up a bit :D )
