started working out again
So Went to my doctors last week and he said that everything seems to be going ok except I've put on a little bit of weight since i was there in march... : ( . I decided that I had been being lazy and that now was the time to start working out again and really stick to it so I don't get any further away from my goal weight, today is day 4 of working out and so far I have lost 4lbs since my dr apt!!!!!! So excited. Just have to keep this up and I think I'll be much happier than I already am!
