help! lost lost lost.... fast food junkie! siiigh
man i feel so lost...im 2yrs out and i have put all my good habits out the drain! i eat liek crap! i was supposed to start a liquid diet for 3 weeks ima start this mon tomorrow ima go buy some protine shakes and yeah... kinda jump start my weight loss again... i have 40lbs id like to drop.... blah but i feel like a newbie like i dont know what to eat eat food wise haha! ohh lord. what do some of your meals look like? breakfast lunch din snaks?
I'm only 3 months in but I try to push all protein foods as much as possible. Grilled chicken, eggs, lean meats/fi**** fills me up faster and I don't tend to want all the sides and carbs that are also offered with the meal.
