Sample Workouts--Help!!! And my hair is falling out :[
Hey!! Anyone care to share workouts that they have done? I am almost 4 months out and I am starting to incorporate the gym into my daily life.
Today:
5 min elliptical warm up
15 min bike
15 min elliptical
7 min bike
3 min elliptical
~7-8 miles
What were y'all doing about 4 months out?

My hair is starting to fall out and I'm bummed...but might as well enjoy it while it is still there :[

i couldnt stand doing machines then...i started with classes, zumba, kickboxing, water arobics...the fun stuff lol
i did do machines but i dint look at minutes. when i 1st started it took me 45mins to do 1mile on the elip. i hated it but it got easier....now i can do 3.5-4miles in 45mins. try not to look at minutes spent on a machine, look at distance.i had to tell myself "today i will do 2miles no matter how long it takes." you and i both know that doing a mile at our heaviest is no piece of cake but damnit we did it! lol
for me i stayed away from the boring stuff until i got better in shape and actually enjoyed working out. any movement is great just remember to burn more calories than you eat and switch up the workouts.

Fist off sorry about your hair falling out... it happens to everyone or atleast it did to me. It will get better I promise but mine didnt stop until I was about a year and a half post op. Try taking biotin. As for working out I like the home videos Zumba, hip hop abs, turbo jam things like that that are fun and not to difficult
I wasn't doing that much. That's awesome.
You definetely need resistance training though. There's lots of info out there about how women need it too. you won't end up looking like the Hulk.
There's probably about 50 workout videos that you can stream on Netflix if you have an account. Otherwise I'd try to join whatever classes you can.
As for hair, there's not much you can do - it usually stops. Adding biotin and more protein helps.

You are doing great with the workouts just keep adding a little at a time. As for the hairloss I added zinc and started using nioxin shampoo... it helped so much. Good luck.
