Hey guys!  I'm going through a rough time right now dealing with stress.  Do any of you know any kind of stress relievers (that don't cost money? ie. massage. - would love to but gotta save it for a wedding in Indiana).  Any help would be appreciated.

Yay for a wedding in Indiana! (That's where I am from... AND I'm a wedding photographer here!)

I love doing the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga DVD. $5 at Walmart.... it's a workout but really relaxing and does more "toning" than any kind of cardio. I have found how much I relax after doing it right before bed.

Hmmm, interesting.  I might try that.  My dr said not to do any kind of exercise before going to bed because exercising gives you energy and then you won't be sleepy. But at this point, I just need something to help me relax.  So thanks, I will DEF try it!!

why don't you try doing something for yourself? I'm stressed constantly (school, work, surgery in 9 days...) Today I got some green tea (with a scoop of protein) and a novel I'm reading for class and went to the park and just sat in the grass with my back up against a tree and read....It was so relaxing to just relax and not be in my room, with everything looming in the background waiting for me to give in and do....

Even something small, like giving yourself a pedicure....get a basin and some warm water&soap, soak your feet, relax....paint your toenails, be girly, watch a classic chick flick....

I just finished The Book Thief. I thought it was amazing. But, I'm also in a narrative class for school, we're currently reading Tropic Of Orange (which has a bit of sy-fy in it..).....but I would suggest something fun! nothing too heavy or to hard to process, you're trying to relax! hehe.

True dat.  Don't need anything too heavy.  I really enjoyed the Twilight movies, maybe I'll give the books a try.
