And so the wait begins

I got all my paperwork and stuff turned in and submitted on tuesday..now I wait!! I am soo excited/ready/scared all at the same time..time feels like its going by so sloww!! How long did it take for you guys to hear back from the insurance company??

 It took about 2 weeks for me to hear anything. I was told from my surgeon's office that this was a little longer than most people wait, but I know it's different for everyone.

after 10 days without hearing anything i couldnt stand it anymore so i called... just to make sure my information had been recieved and everything... i talked to the lady and she sold me that they had everything and they couldnt tell me anything over the phone but that my letter had already been sent out.. i got my approval letter the next day :) For most people i know it took anywhere between 10 days and 3 weeks.. just try to keep your mind off of it as much as possible. My stuff was submitted on a Tuesday afternoon and I knew I was approved on Friday am!

It will depend on your insurance carrier. Mine took a week.

Thanks guys! If i dont hear anything next week I will give them a call on the next monday. I ask a coworker of mine and his took two days but he had a ton of comorbidities but it was a year ago I am just gonna keep my mind off of it:) Thanks for your support!!
