Advice please

I think 6 lbs is doable. Just cut your calories and go lo carb. When I started my 2 week pre-op diet I lost 5 lbs in 3 days.
You don't have to do this, but here is what my 2 week diet was:
2 meals: Protein Shake- I used the Atkins premade ones
1 meal: 4-6oz lean meat/fish/eggs 1/2C to C of Veggies
1-2 Snacks: 1oz beef jerks, 1 string cheese, or 1/2 C Fresh Veggies.
My nut also allowed me to have 1/2 C of fresh veggies w/ my protein shake for lunch too. So I normally would have some baby carrots.
Now this was pretty drastic as it was my 2 week pre-op diet, but prehaps if you just follow what my plan was for 1 meal daily it may help you.
