Hey guys,

My names Jennifer, I had a gastric bypass in 07 i've lost 168 pounds (so far) I've kept it off which is cool but its still hard! I'm going to be getting a lower body lift this thurdayday (the 24th) i am sooo scared and nervous i cant eat or sleep.... i feel like a crazy person! anyone have that surgery?

I'm hopping to meet some cool people i can connect with that get what im going though...

Good for you!!!!! You must be so excited to be getting the lower body lift! I am still in the pre op stage and can not wait to be where your at!!!! Glad your doing really well, and welcome back! Im from Massachusetts as well :)

Wow... i remember being you... looking at everyones pictures and storys... not being able to wait to get it done... it'll come and it'll be the best thing you ever do!  I have no regrets at all :) and before you know it you'll be me getting a lower body lift (if you need it) Whens your surgery? Where are you getting it done? What part of Mass are you in?

Im super jealous of your plastics coming up- im sure its super nerve wracking but i i had my RNY in 08 and am saving up money now for my plastics. I cant wait to hear and see how yours goes! Good luck with everything and keep us posted!

Thanks!! congrats... yeah saving up for it wasnt easy.... i got lucky and insurance is paying for my belly...which makes any other surgery i have almost half off... so i wanted a fully lower body lift so i had to pay half the difference (a lower body lift costs $13,000-$15,000.... but insurance paid for the front so the i would have paid $800 for the rest but it was half off to make it a full body lift i only have to pay $4770) I'll def keep everyone posted... i'm even doing this youtube thing that i'll be updating every week!
