anxiety

 are there any other pre-opers who've been having increased anxiety about going through with the operation? i'm so worried something will go wrong and i'll die or something. ugh my surgery is March 14th and i'm not sure how much more worrying i can take!

Hey Nicole,

We all get nervous before surgery. The risk of surgery. Is it really worth it? Am I just going to stay fat anyways? Did I choose the right surgery? etc, etc

Try not to stress too much. It will be over before you know it, and you will be greatful later on.

You will do awesome! Just remember the reasons you chose WLS surgery, and that the benefits will definitely outweight the risks.
