I'm BAACK!

So I am back....I took a hiatus and got married, had a baby, and RE-GAINED almost all of it..so I updated my blog and put some new pics up and am hoping re-joining you all will help motivate me to get back in the game! 

I got re-filled on Thursday and I cant believe the difference.  I feel like I was eating way too much before when I lost the weight the first time, so I am hoping this time it comes off faster.  Here's hoping!

Wish me Luck! Any other new mama's out there re-starting this battle?

what does getting refilled mean with the lap band?

Thank you! :)  He is MUCH cuter..haha!  Getting re-filled means to get fluid put back into your band after having some taken out! 

ohh, so that is where the restriction comes from? like its a little intertube around your stomach. i thought they had some kind of loop-pull system where they just made it tighter. that's how the pictures looked to me, i didn't ask because i was getting VSG and i had enough VSG questions lol

The lap band is kinda like an innertube around your stomach and it gets tighter when they inject your port (located under your skin attached to your abdominal wall) with a needle filled with saline and push that into the band to tighten it and then leave it there. The whole procedure is done in an office visit and it takes probably less than 10min.

  Congrats on getting married and having a baby! I'm not a new mother either but I'm starting the loosing weight thing again as well...well kinda. I had gained back some of my weight after getting a slight unfill after a bad sticking episode. I am now back up to where I was before my unfill at 7ccs in my band and the weight is FINALLY coming off again and I'm really excited! Good luck with the weight loss again, you did it once and I'm sure you can do it again!
