Started my 3 week pre-op today!!!

Let us know how the pre-op goes. I am having surgery on Valentines Day and my pre-op is 2 weeks. I know Im going to struggle on it as food is my go to when I am sad or struggling..haha. Good Luck! I wish you the best!
