i weighed 455 when i told myself i was having ryn i went in weighing 411 on may10 i woke up weighing 420 i weigh 300 today i want to loose more weight quicker pls give me tips tell me what you do and dont do thanks

Congrats on your weight loss so far. It all depends on your food preferences. My best advice is to not graze. You do not want to be in the habit of constantly eating. Stick to three meals a day with an optional midmorning and midafternoon snack. The nacks are only if you're really hungry and should be something nutritious like, almonds, walnuts, fruit or veggies.
I also don't get a lot of liquid calories. I drink plenty of water and some milk.
