sooo. Since Josh is not longer able to post on this board becuase he just turned 30! I thougth i would post this for him!!!.....

"‎5 yrs ago today is the day that i will nvr forget. I will nvr forget sitting alone in that hospital early in the morning with a head full of emotions. Excitement, FEAR, doubts, and just curiousity. Trying to comprehend what a life not being obese would be like. If i could do it, if i could keep it off, what would i look like. It has been an amazing journey, and has far exceded my expectations.

My sefl worth and self confidence are now through the roof, and maybe too high at times. lol but to go from 462 to 184 to a more comfortable 200 i just feel higher than the clouds. To go from not being able to walk half a mile to running for a solid hour, from having to tell my lil brother i'm too tired to jump on the trampoline

to running with the lil guy is just a feeling thats beyond words, Even with all the rules, and struggles, and difficulties of the surgery, it still and prolly will remain the best decision of my life"
