Little over a year out...B4 and Afters!
Wow, it has been probably six months or so since I have been on OH. SOOOO much has happened in the last year it's rediculous. Some good some bad but you gotta just keep on goin'. Anyway, my surgery date was October 5th, 2009, No complications everything went according to plan. Lost weight consistently. I started out at 315, 308 on the day of surgery and I now am a healthy 178. My ultimate goal is to be 150 but that's gonna take a little extra work from here on out. I am still eating relatively well.
Here are some pictures from my weight loss journey.
Me at 315 Two months B4 surgery.
Getting thinner...Jan or Feb 2010
And thinner...May 2010
Me in my work uniform...This was June 2010
And now...178
Being Silly...

I had the Roux En Y.
I basically just walk. We have a park here that is about 100 acres or so and there are hills and a dog park so I take my dog and kids over there and just walk all around.
I also do floor leg exercises. I found some videos on YouTube that I liked so I just use those.
I have a bowflex that I use for my arms and occasionally my legs.
That's about it.
I heard about an exercise video from Beachbody called Insanity. My friend who is in the airforce used it and lost like 50-60 lbs. My sister just started it. I'd like to lose about 20 more lbs so I'm seriously thinking about doing it. You can find it on Beachbody.com or cheaper on ebay.
