breakfast poll: pre dieters and friends!

2 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
8 saltine crackers
1 string cheese
20 oz water

-seems like alot more when i say it than eat it

*balance bar ~ peanut butter
*cheddar cheese stick
*8oz soy mlik
*1/2 of a scrambled egg.
*kashi blueberry corn flakes
*coffee and milk
*starbucks oatmeal with just the fruit
*water.

breakfast is a great habit to get into!! :)
